Trilogy at Valor's black-framed vinyl and clad windows show hard-water spotting worse than any frame color in the valley, and every lot here runs on raw Boise-Kuna canal water instead of treated city sprinklers. That pairing makes this 55+ community a different glass job than older Kuna tracts.
Trilogy at Valor is Kuna's newest construction wave, built 2021 to present, and it's the first neighborhood in town to go almost entirely to black vinyl and clad window frames. Black shows mineral deposits and hard-water spotting harder than white or tan frames ever did — the contrast makes a faint canal-water film look like a smear from the street. We run 100% pure deionized water with no soap, so nothing is left behind to bake onto that black frame in the sun. The RainShield finish we apply on the glass also keeps the next irrigation pass from clinging the way it would on untreated glass, which matters more here than almost anywhere else in Kuna.
Most Trilogy at Valor homes are one-story ranch plans with low-slope entry porticos — good news for access, since the bulk of the glass on these lots sits within reach of a standard extension pole rather than a second story. What takes the time instead is scale: oversized sliding patio doors and glassed-in covered patios are a signature of this build wave, and each one is a lot more glass per stop than the smaller sliders on older Kuna tracts. We price by pane count so a big slider costs what it actually is, not a flat per-window guess, and screens are a flat $50 add if your unit has them.
Like the rest of Kuna, Valor irrigation runs off the Boise-Kuna and New York Irrigation Districts — raw canal water pulled straight from the system, not treated municipal water. Once districts open headgates in mid-to-late April, sprinkler heads on these wide 55+ lots throw that silt-and-mineral mix onto porticos and patio sliders through mid-October. It leaves a tan film with mineral scale underneath, and a garden-hose rinse just swaps that for the 8-grain hardness in Kuna's own well water. Deionized water is the only rinse that leaves nothing on the glass either way, which is why we don't run soap or a hose on any Trilogy job.
A lot of Trilogy at Valor households would rather not be on a ladder or renting a pole from the hardware store every few months, which is exactly what our Monthly and Quarterly memberships solve — no contract, book once and it's handled. Quarterly service saves $100 per cleaning against paying one-off, and every membership includes a free annual screen clean plus our 7-Day Rain Guarantee, so a spring squall off the desert doesn't cost you a redo. Same-day and next-day slots are usually available since we're already routing through this end of Kuna near Falcon Crest regularly.
Valor sits off the Falcon Crest side of Kuna, reached via Cloverdale Road and Kuna Road rather than through the older Main Street core. If your section has a gate code or requires HOA notice for a service vehicle, just pass that along when you book and we'll work it into the visit — most Trilogy work is exterior-only anyway, so it rarely needs entry to the home. We're fully insured and locally owned, and we treat the low-slope porticos and stucco trim on these newer builds the same care we'd want on our own house.

No special products — the frame color doesn't change our process, which is 100% deionized water with no soap either way. What changes is how visible the result is. Mineral spotting and streaks show up much more clearly against black than against white or tan, so Trilogy at Valor homes are less forgiving of a rushed job or a hose rinse than older Kuna neighborhoods.
Sprinklers running on canal water from April through October will eventually leave a film again, same as anywhere in Kuna on the district's system. Our RainShield finish slows how fast mineral deposits cling to the glass and frames between visits, which is a big part of why we recommend Quarterly membership through irrigation season rather than a single one-time visit.
If your section of Trilogy at Valor is gated or your HOA wants notice before a service vehicle comes through, let us know when you book and we'll build it into the schedule. Most of our work on these single-level homes is exterior glass only, so we usually don't need to enter the house at all.
Quarterly is the right cadence for most lots here, given how steadily canal irrigation spots the glass May through September. Homes on a corner with more sprinkler overspray, or backing to open ground near Falcon Crest, sometimes do better on a tighter schedule — we'll tell you honestly if quarterly is overkill or not enough once we've seen your specific lot.
Yes — those oversized sliders and glassed-in covered patios are common throughout Valor, and we price them by actual pane count rather than guessing, so you're not paying a flat per-window rate for glass that's two or three times the size of a standard window.
Monthly or Quarterly membership, no contract, with a free annual screen clean and our 7-Day Rain Guarantee built in. Quarterly saves $100 per cleaning compared to booking one-off visits, and once you're on the schedule we route through the Falcon Crest side of Kuna regularly enough to offer same-day or next-day slots for anything extra.
