Terms & Service Agreement

Reflekt Window Cleaning LLC

By approving this estimate, you agree to the following terms and policies of Reflekt Window Cleaning LLC.

1. Scope of Work

The services listed in your approved estimate reflect the work to be performed. Any additional services requested onsite (including but not limited to interior window cleaning, screen cleaning, track detailing, pressure washing, soft washing, or other add-on services) will be quoted separately and must be approved before completion. Hard Water Removal: $5–$20 per pane (onsite quote required).

2. Pricing

The price shown in your approved estimate reflects the cost for the services listed only. Optional add-ons are not included unless specifically stated. For recurring membership clients, the price presented is the amount charged per visit — it is not the total annual cost of the agreement.

3. Scheduling & Rescheduling

Reflekt will send reminder notifications via text or email prior to scheduled service visits. If you need to reschedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice may result in a $50 rescheduling fee. If technicians arrive and are unable to complete service due to lack of access, locked gates, unsecured pets, or unavailable utilities, a trip charge may apply.

4. Payments

A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file for all services.

• For one-time services, payment is due upon completion of the service.
• For recurring membership plans: the full amount of the first service will be charged after the initial cleaning is completed. After the first service, the remaining annual agreement balance will be billed automatically on a monthly basis using the card on file. Monthly auto-billing will continue for the duration of the agreement unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms below.
• Any additional services approved onsite will be charged separately.

5. Recurring Membership Plans (If Enrolled)

If you approve an estimate that includes a recurring membership plan, you agree to receive the number of visits outlined within a 12-month period. Any membership discounts are applied per visit. Services will be automatically scheduled according to the selected frequency (e.g., every 3 or 6 months). Plans automatically renew at the same frequency until canceled.

6. Plan Cancellations

Within the First 12 Months: If you cancel within the initial 12-month period, any upfront plan discount applied to your first service must be repaid. A minimum of 7 days' written notice (text or email) is required prior to the next scheduled service. If less than 7 days' notice is given, the upcoming visit must be paid in full.

After the First 12 Months: A 7-day written notice is required prior to the next scheduled service to cancel without penalty.

7. Weather & Safety

Reflekt reserves the right to reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions or other circumstances that may impact safety or service quality.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 48 hours of completion. We will return to address any legitimate concerns.

9. Liability

Reflekt Window Cleaning LLC is fully insured. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Oxidized window frames or seals that release debris after cleaning
• Failed window seals (fogging between panes)
• Brittle screens or materials that break due to age or prior damage
