Reflekt Window Cleaning ("Reflekt," "we," "us") operates reflektwindowwashing.com and the quote tools on it. This page explains what information we collect when you use the site, why, who else receives it, and what your choices are. It applies to reflektwindowwashing.com and its quote forms, chat assistant and price estimator; it doesn't cover third-party sites we link to.

Information you give us

The site has four places where you can send us your details:

The quote builder (/quote) asks for your name, phone number, email (optional), how you heard about us (optional), a promo code (optional), your property type, the services you want, how often you want them, and your service address.
The short quote form (/quote-fast) and the $100-off popup ask for your name, phone number, address, and sometimes your email, the services you want, or a promo code.
The instant price estimator on our prices page asks for your name and phone number if you want the estimate texted to you.
Phone calls, texts and email you send us directly.

We use this to put together your quote, call or text you about it, schedule and complete the work, and bill for it.

Some forms send what you've typed before you press the final button. On the quote builder, your contact details are sent to us as soon as you finish the first step. On the short form and the popup, they can be sent once you've entered your phone number. And if you start typing in the quote builder's first step or the popup and then leave or close it without submitting, what you typed may be sent to us so we can follow up by phone. We do this so a request isn't lost if you get interrupted; we don't text you automatically unless you agreed to texts.

How a quote request is handled

Form submissions go to our own form handler, which runs on Cloudflare (the company that also hosts this website).
The handler saves your request as a lead in Flyra, the customer-management and scheduling software we use to run the business. Flyra is also what we use to send texts and emails, estimates, invoices and review requests, and to take payments.
If you agreed to receive texts, you'll get a text from us about your quote, and if we haven't reached you yet, a few follow-up texts. To support those follow-ups, the handler keeps your phone number and request details for a short time in Cloudflare's storage. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Our team is alerted to each new request by text message and by a push notification through ntfy.sh, a third-party notification service. Those alerts include your name, phone number, address and what you asked for, so we can call you back quickly.

The chat assistant

The chat bubble on our homepage is a scripted assistant: it answers from a fixed list of questions and isn't a live person or an AI. Each message you type into it is also forwarded to our team through ntfy.sh, a third-party push-notification service, so we can see what visitors are asking. ntfy.sh messages aren't end-to-end encrypted and can be read by anyone who knows the channel name, so treat anything you type in the chat as not private, and please don't enter personal information like your phone number or address there. The chat doesn't ask for your name or contact details.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use a handful of outside tools to measure how the site is doing, run our ads, and show the map of where we work:

Google Analytics and Google Ads (the Google tag, used sitewide): pages you view, how you got to the site, your device and browser, your approximate location from your IP address, and actions like submitting a quote request or getting a price from the estimator. We use it to see which pages and ads are working. Google sets its own cookies to do this.
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel (on every page): pages you visit, when you start the quote builder, and when you submit a request, so we can measure and improve our Meta ads. When you enter your email, phone number, name or ZIP code in a quote form or the estimator, the pixel scrambles them in your browser (a one-way SHA-256 hash) before sending them to Meta, so Meta can match the visit to a Meta account. Our form handler may also send the same kind of hashed details, along with your IP address, browser details and Meta's click and browser identifiers, directly to Meta (Meta's Conversions API) for the same purpose.
Leadsy (leadsy.ai, used sitewide): a visitor-identification service. Its script records details of your visit, such as the pages you view, your IP address, your device and browser, and cookie identifiers, and Leadsy may match these against its own data to tell us who a visitor might be (for example, a name, email address or company), even if you don't fill out a form. We use this to understand who is interested in our services.
Google Maps (homepage only): the service-area map loads from Google when you scroll to it, so Google receives your IP address and browser details, as it does for any Google map.
Cloudflare (every page): as our web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Who receives your information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named on this page, which we use to run the website and the business: Flyra (customer management, scheduling, texts, email and payments), Cloudflare (hosting and our form handler), ntfy.sh (team notifications), Google (analytics, ads and maps), Meta (ads measurement) and Leadsy (visitor identification).

Cookies and browser storage

This site and the tools above use cookies and similar technology (like your browser's local storage). Our own script remembers where a visitor came from, such as the ad or promo link they clicked, for up to 90 days so a quote request can be credited to the right ad or offer. You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings; the site will still work, but ad attribution and some form pre-fill features may not.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at the email or phone number below.
You can stop our texts at any time by replying STOP.
You can opt out of Google's advertising cookies at adssettings.google.com.
You can control how Meta uses your data for ads at facebook.com/adpreferences.
