What the Job Is Like
Window cleaning technician — the role every Reflekt teammate starts in.
☀️ Real, visible work
You're outside, moving, and every house looks obviously better when you leave. Customers notice — read the names they call out in our reviews.
🎓 Paid on-the-job training
No experience needed. We train you on pure deionized-water systems, water-fed poles, ladder safety, and how we treat customers' homes.
📈 Grow with us
We're a young company scaling fast. Show up, work hard, and there's room to lead routes as we add them.
🤝 Small crew, high standards
Polite, on-time, and detail-obsessed — that's the brand. If that's already how you operate, you'll fit right in.
