Brittania Heights runs custom homes on a quarter to a quarter over an acre off McDermott Road, with RV parking and shops written into the CC&Rs. It is also one of the few pockets around Nampa built with basements, which changes the elevation more than people expect.

Almost nothing in the Treasure Valley is built with a basement, so this is a genuine local exception. A daylight or walk-out basement adds a whole band of glass below the main floor — frequently on the downhill or rear elevation — and that glass sits closest to the ground, which is exactly where sprinkler overspray and splash-back land hardest. It is also the glass most often left out of a quote by someone who counted from the street. We walk the full elevation, including below grade.
RV parking and shops in the CC&Rs means most properties here have a second structure with its own glass and roofline, quoted as its own line. Lots up to 1.24 acres carry considerable irrigated ground, and the pressurized supply is untreated canal water — silt and dissolved mineral together, drying as a gritty band on the lowest glass. Like Belmont Heights this is county rather than city, so gates, dogs and long private drives are normal and worth arranging at booking.
Tall great-room walls, clerestory stacks and wide picture units are the whole point of a house like this, and they are also unforgiving: streaking or a mineral haze reads across a twenty-foot pane in a way it never would on a punched window. We work upper glass with a carbon-fiber water-fed pole running 100% pure deionized water, so nothing leans on the siding and no ladder stands on a slope. Nothing dissolved in the water means nothing dries into a spot — which on this much uninterrupted glass is the difference between clean and nearly clean.
Nampa city water runs hard — the city's own quality report puts it as high as 7.08 grains per gallon — so the single biggest factor in how long your glass stays clear is what it gets rinsed with. Wash with tap water and the rinse itself leaves dissolved mineral behind as it dries — you have cleaned the glass and re-spotted it in the same pass. Deionized water has nothing dissolved in it, so there is nothing left to dry into a spot and nothing for the next round of dust to bond to. That is what the RainShield finish actually is rather than a coating we sell you. If overspray has already baked a permanent white haze into south or west glass, that is a different job and it has its own page.
Windows start at $199 and price by pane count, so a house with a two-story great-room wall and a clerestory stack prices above a standard production home — we give you the number before we start, not after. Screens are $50 added to a window service and free once a year on a membership; gutters start at $199. The honest limit: if your glass was done recently and the only thing bothering you is a haze on the lower panes, that is usually sprinkler mineral on two or three windows, not a whole-house job, and we would rather fix those than sell you the full service again.

It should, and we count it. Below-grade and walk-out glass is easy to miss from the street and it is usually the dirtiest on the house, because it sits where sprinkler splash and ground-level dust reach it. If a previous quote seemed low, that is often what was left out.
Nampa by mailing address, unincorporated Canyon County by jurisdiction, with schools splitting toward Kuna. We serve it on the Nampa route and describe it honestly rather than claiming a city address it does not have.
No — 100% pure deionized water with no soap at all. Soap leaves a residue in tracks and along seams that attracts the next round of dust, which is why soap-cleaned windows look dirty again faster. Deionized water has nothing dissolved in it, so there is nothing left behind to dry into a spot.
Our 7-Day Rain Guarantee covers it. Rain on already-clean glass is mostly harmless — what spots a window is the dust the rain lands on. If a storm genuinely undoes the work inside seven days, we come back out.
Not for exterior work, as long as we can reach the glass and any gate is unlocked. Interior cleaning obviously needs access. Tell us at booking whether there is a gate code, a dog, or a preferred arrival window and the crew will not be guessing on arrival.
No contract on either the monthly or quarterly membership — cancel whenever. Members get pricing on every visit, the annual screen clean included, and priority on the schedule. It exists because most people want this handled on a rhythm rather than remembering to book it.
