A rain guarantee is a re-clean promise, not a weather promise

A rain guarantee is a promise to come back and re-clean, not a promise that rain will not fall. Three details decide whether it means anything: how many days it lasts, what glass it applies to, and what you actually get. Wildfire ash sits in a gray area and is worth asking about directly before a smoky August. None of those exclusions is unreasonable. What is unreasonable is a company that lists none of them up front and then applies them at the door.
