Being this close to Beacon Light means the road-facing elevation is always the one that needs the most attention.
Eagle has the biggest glass packages in the valley on some of its biggest lots, and that combination is the whole job here: tall rear elevations, long sight lines, and irrigation zones large enough to throw water three-quarters of the way up a two-story wall. That is the honest reason we push timing as hard as we push method: doing this work at the right point in the Eagle season is worth more than doing it more often at the wrong one.
