What Grows and Settles on Home Acres Siding

Exteriors here collect three separate things. On north and east elevations, where sun never fully dries the wall, you get algae and mildew as a green-black film. Along the bottom three feet you get mud splash and irrigation overspray staining — the same mineral that marks the glass marks the siding, and on light vinyl it reads as a permanent dingy band.
