What Grows and Settles on Snoqualmie Falls Siding

Exteriors here collect three separate things. On north and east elevations, where sun never fully dries the wall, you get algae and mildew as a green-black film. Soft washing kills the algae rather than knocking the top off it, which is why it stays gone longer. We pre-wet and rinse every bed on the wash path.
