What Grows and Settles on Summerfield Siding

Summerfield is a turn-of-the-2000s subdivision, recorded 1994–1999 across 5 phases (ZIP 83646, about 68 acres). Meridian exteriors collect three separate things. On the north and east elevations, where sun never fully dries the wall, you get algae and mildew as a green-black film.
