What Grows and Settles on Vantage Pointe Siding

The thing that shapes this job most is that Vantage Pointe is a turn-of-the-2000s subdivision, recorded 2000–2001 on one plat (ZIP 83642, about 79 acres). Meridian exteriors collect three separate things. On the north and east elevations, where sun never fully dries the wall, you get algae and mildew as a green-black film.
