The single most common thing we get called about on Falcon Crest driveways is a set of rust-colored arcs along one edge, usually matching the throw pattern of the nearest lawn head. That is iron out of the irrigation water, oxidized into the top layer of the concrete. Here is the honest part: pressure alone will not take it out. You can hit an iron stain at 3,500 PSI all afternoon and get a cleaner, still-orange driveway, plus wand marks where you dwelled. It comes out with an oxalic-based rust remover, brushed in and rinsed, which we do as a separate step. Worth knowing before you pay anybody: if the head that caused it does not get adjusted or fitted with a deflector, the ring is back by the following August.

Blasting it off just cuts the surface and it returns faster because the concrete is now rougher and holds more water. Pavers get the same treatment, low pressure so we are not stripping the joint sand out from between them and creating a resanding job you did not ask for.
On the lots backing Falcon Crest Golf Club the rear hardscape picks up an input the rest of Kuna does not get: fine clipping dust off the fairway mowers and turf-chemical residue in the course irrigation overspray. It settles into the broom finish and makes a dull tan-green haze that a garden hose will not touch. Where the neighborhood walks and common paths run past a lot, the line between your concrete and the association's concrete is not always obvious. Not with pressure by itself. Those rings are iron from the irrigation water oxidized into the concrete, and high pressure will only clean the dirt around them while risking etch marks. They lift with an oxalic-based rust treatment brushed in and rinsed, which we quote as its own line. Also worth adjusting the sprinkler head that caused it, or the stain simply returns next season.
At two years, yes, as long as it is done with a surface cleaner at controlled pressure rather than a narrow spinning tip. Fresh concrete under about a year we would rather leave alone or clean with detergent and low pressure only. The damage you see around newer Kuna neighborhoods is almost always wand striping from someone holding a turbo nozzle too close, and it does not buff out.
