What Soiling Costs a Sky View Ranchettes Array

Sky View Ranchettes is platted 1973–1976 in two phases, back when this was farm ground with a few houses on it (ZIP 83642, about 134 acres). Canal water on a warm panel evaporates fast and leaves exactly the bonded mineral film it leaves on windows, except here it sits directly in the light path. Soiling losses on a neglected valley array are not trivial, and the panels at the low edge of the array, where runoff concentrates, are usually the worst.
