Your waiting room window is the longest look a patient gets

A patient in an exam chair or a waiting room seat has one thing to look at, and it is usually a window. Boise makes that window hard to keep honest. From December through February the valley sits under inversion, and wood smoke and PM2.5 settle out as a gray film that stays invisible until the low winter sun rakes across the glass at four in the afternoon, which is exactly when your afternoon block is sitting there.
