Glass is where we start, but we handle the whole exterior. Window cleaning starts at $199, priced by pane count so you only pay for the glass you actually have, and screen cleaning adds $50. Gutters, usually loaded with shingle grit and wind-blown ag chaff on Star's newer buildings rather than leaves, start at $199 and keep water off your entrance and away from the foundation. Entry sidewalks, drive-up lanes, and walkways get pressure washed at $0.20 per square foot, which clears gum, salt stains, and the algae that quietly turns concrete into a slip claim.
