Nine builders across fourteen years produced a genuine range — single-level plans with reachable glass alongside two-story elevations with a stacked entry, and vinyl window packages spanning 2006 hardware through 2020 hardware. Lots are a moderate 0.16 to 0.25 acres. The practical effect is that a neighbour's quote tells you very little about yours, which is why we count panes on your house rather than applying a subdivision rate.
The earliest phases here are approaching twenty years of landscaping growth, so parts of Castle Peak now have genuine shade and a real autumn leaf load while the newest streets have neither. New glass is not clean glass.
