It leaves a gritty mineral film that is harder to lift than airborne dust and comes back on whatever schedule your timer runs. Honestly, the cheapest fix is usually adjusting the head rather than cleaning more often, and we will say so if that is what we find.
Windows start at $199 and price by pane count, so a house with a two-story great-room wall and a clerestory stack prices above a standard production home — we give you the number before we start, not after.
