Depends on how long they have been baking. Run the wet test: hose the pane down and look at it wet. If the haze vanishes under the water film, it is surface deposit and it comes off clean. If the sprinkler pattern is still visible while the glass is wet, the mineral has etched in. Restoration recovers most of that, but we will tell you honestly if a pane is past saving.
Document it before you spend money on the glass. Take a phone video during a run cycle showing which head reaches your house, and send it to whoever manages the common landscaping.
