Caldwell's groundwater supply, which is hard enough that most households here see scale on fixtures long before they notice it on glass does not help either, so hose-rinsing adds mineral rather than removing it. Deposit or Damage — We Test Before We Quote

These are two conditions and only one is fixable. Bonded deposit sits on top of the glass and comes off with the right acid and mechanical work.
