That depends entirely on whether the sprinkler got fixed. Leave the head aimed the same way and you will see spotting again within one irrigation season, sometimes by August. Re-aim it, change the nozzle, or move the run earlier so the water is not evaporating in direct sun, and restored glass can stay clean for years. On light, fresh spotting, sometimes. White vinegar, real dwell time, a non-scratch pad, then rinse well. It does very little against years of buildup. Two warnings: never do it on a hot pane in direct sun, and keep acid off anodized frames, glazing seals, and any coating. If the pad has stopped making progress after a few passes, more scrubbing is not the answer.
