How Holiday Lighting Works in Beacon Light Estates

We supply the lights — commercial-grade LED strands cut and fitted to your specific roofline rather than retail boxes stretched to fit — and they stay our equipment, so you are not storing a garage full of strands. Because lights clip to the same gutter edge that has to drain all winter, we book gutter cleaning before installation wherever a home needs both — an ice dam under a lit roofline pulls clips and strands off with it when it lets go. The Honest Limits

We hang, service, remove and store the lights. We do not do electrical work, we will not overload a circuit to make a display bigger, and we do not install on rooflines we judge unsafe to work in winter conditions. Saying this plainly costs us the occasional booking and saves everybody the version where you find out on the day.
