How Holiday Lighting Works in Cedar Crossing

We supply the lights — commercial-grade LED strands cut and fitted to your specific roofline rather than retail boxes stretched to fit — and they stay our equipment, so you are not storing a garage full of strands. Installation, mid-season service if a run fails, takedown in January and off-season storage are all part of it. On Cedar Crossing's newer builds the warranty paperwork usually still matters, so we work in a way that will not give anyone a reason to void it.

Why This Is Different in Caldwell

Caldwell is one of the few cities in the valley that runs its own irrigation district — the Caldwell Municipal Irrigation District delivers untreated surface water to yards across town, and a lot of the older grid is still on gravity rather than pressure. What reaches the glass is canal water either way.
