Because lights clip to the same gutter edge that has to drain all winter, we book gutter cleaning before installation wherever a home needs both — an ice dam under a lit roofline pulls clips and strands off with it when it lets go. Being this close to Lake Hazel means the road-facing elevation is always the one that needs the most attention.

What Boise Adds to This Job

Boise glass carries something the rest of the valley does not: foothills grit. Decomposed granite off the slope is sharp and fine, it travels on the afternoon downslope wind, and in winter the valley inversion holds everything else down at ground level with it. Where a property is unusual — a lot of divided lites, difficult access, a steep lot — we would rather come and look than guess.
