Because lights clip to the same gutter edge that has to drain all winter, we book gutter cleaning before installation wherever a home needs both — an ice dam under a lit roofline pulls clips and strands off with it when it lets go. Being this close to Beacon Light means the road-facing elevation is always the one that needs the most attention.

The local variable here is river-bottom and foothills dust, plus the construction dust that comes with a city still building out its north and west edges.
