We supply the lights — commercial-grade LED strands cut and fitted to your specific roofline rather than retail boxes stretched to fit — and they stay our equipment, so you are not storing a garage full of strands. Because lights clip to the same gutter edge that has to drain all winter, we book gutter cleaning before installation wherever a home needs both — an ice dam under a lit roofline pulls clips and strands off with it when it lets go. Being this close to W Greenhurst means the road-facing elevation is always the one that needs the most attention.
