They are commercial-grade LED strands cut and fitted to your specific roofline rather than retail boxes stretched to fit, and they stay our equipment — you are not buying a garage full of strands you have to store and untangle next November. Installation, mid-season service if a run fails, takedown in January and storage through the year are all part of it. Pricing is quoted per roofline after we look at the house, because a single-story ranch and a two-story with dormers and a gable stack are not remotely the same job. Across roughly 93 acres it is remarkably consistent — Kachina Estates is one job, not thirty different ones.

Measured to the Roofline, Clipped Not Stapled

Every run is measured and cut to your eaves, so the line follows the architecture instead of stopping short or bunching at a corner. Strands attach with purpose-made clips onto the shingle edge or gutter lip — no staples, no nails, nothing driven through flashing or fascia. That matters on newer Meridian builds where the fascia is often a composite that will not hold a fastener and will not close up after one. That holds across 83642 generally, not just on this plat.

Working Around Gutters and Ice

Lights clip to the same gutter edge that needs to drain all winter, so we book gutter cleaning before installation wherever a home needs both. A trough packed with autumn grit freezes, and an ice dam that forms under a lit roofline will pull clips and strands off with it when it lets go. Doing them in the right order costs nothing extra and prevents that. Kachina Estates routes off Overland, so getting here is not a special trip.

Where We Stop

We hang, service, remove and store the lights. We do not do electrical work, we will not overload a circuit to make a display bigger, and we do not install on rooflines we judge unsafe to work in winter conditions. We are locally owned and fully insured, and we would rather point you to the right trade than take work we cannot finish well.

Doing It on One Visit

This pairs naturally with gutter cleaning, and doing both on one visit is cheaper than two separate trips — the setup and the drive are most of the fixed cost. It is also better work: there is an order these jobs should happen in, and doing them on separate days usually means doing one of them twice.
