How Holiday Lighting Works in Kingsbridge

Kingsbridge is a staged build-out recorded 2006–2014 across 3 phases, which puts the oldest homes here well ahead of the newest (ZIP 83642, about 77 acres). We supply the lights. They are commercial-grade LED strands cut and fitted to your specific roofline rather than retail boxes stretched to fit, and they stay our equipment — you are not buying a garage full of strands you have to store and untangle next November. Installation, mid-season service if a run fails, takedown in January and storage through the year are all part of it. Pricing is quoted per roofline after we look at the house, because a single-story ranch and a two-story with dormers and a gable stack are not remotely the same job. Across roughly 77 acres it is remarkably consistent — Kingsbridge is one job, not thirty different ones.

Measured to the Roofline, Clipped Not Stapled

Every run is measured and cut to your eaves, so the line follows the architecture instead of stopping short or bunching at a corner. Strands attach with purpose-made clips onto the shingle edge or gutter lip — no staples, no nails, nothing driven through flashing or fascia. That matters on newer Meridian builds where the fascia is often a composite that will not hold a fastener and will not close up after one. Being this close to Victory means the road-facing elevation is always the one that needs the most attention.

Booking and Takedown

Meridian books up through October and the good install slots go first, so earlier is genuinely better — the work itself happens well before Thanksgiving. Takedown happens in January on our schedule, and you do not need to be home for it. If a run fails mid-season we come back and fix it at no charge; that is the point of us owning the strands. Kingsbridge is inside our standard 83642 service area — no travel surcharge.

Combining Services

This pairs naturally with gutter cleaning, and doing both on one visit is cheaper than two separate trips — the setup and the drive are most of the fixed cost. It is also better work: there is an order these jobs should happen in, and doing them on separate days usually means doing one of them twice. Serving Kingsbridge and the Streets Around It

Kingsbridge is on our regular Meridian route, not a special trip. We already work E Kingsbridge Dr, E Darlington Dr, S Newbridge Way and E Brentor St inside the subdivision. It routes off Victory, which is how we keep travel out of the price. We schedule by area rather than by first-come, which keeps drive time down and means we can hold prices where they are. It also means there is usually a crew working within a few streets of you most weeks of the season.
