Narrow side yards between close-set houses and fence lines that box in the rear elevation mean some runs get worked from a steeper set, from the front, or in shorter sections than we'd use on an open lot. None of that is a problem — it's just planning, and it's the same access math we already run on Michala window jobs. What it does mean is that we scout the lot as part of the quote instead of assuming clearances that might not exist. The rooflines themselves are newer-construction standard: moderate gables, clean eave lines, new gutters with straight lips that take a gutter clip exactly as designed. The house is the easy part here. The six feet beside it is the variable.
