Because lights clip to the same gutter edge that has to drain all winter, we book gutter cleaning before installation wherever a home needs both — an ice dam under a lit roofline pulls clips and strands off with it when it lets go. Garden City is a narrow strip along the Boise River, and almost everything about the glass here follows from that: river-bottom humidity and shade on one side, Chinden and State Street traffic film on the other, and a housing stock that runs from 1950s cottages to brand-new riverfront townhomes within the same block. It routes off Chinden, which is how we keep travel out of the price. If you can tell us the nearest cross street we can usually quote without a site visit. Where a property is unusual — a lot of divided lites, difficult access, a steep lot — we would rather come and look than guess.

Where We Stop

We hang, service, remove and store the lights. We do not do electrical work, we will not overload a circuit to make a display bigger, and we do not install on rooflines we judge unsafe to work in winter conditions.
