Strawberry Glenn is on our regular Garden City route, not a special trip. We already work W Clubhouse Ln, N Brook Pl, W Penny Ln and W Chinden Blvd inside the subdivision. It routes off Chinden, which is how we keep travel out of the price. If you can tell us the nearest cross street we can usually quote without a site visit. Where a property is unusual — a lot of divided lites, difficult access, a steep lot — we would rather come and look than guess.

Doing It on One Visit

This pairs naturally with gutter cleaning, and doing both on one visit is cheaper than two trips — setup and drive time are most of the fixed cost. It is also better work: there is an order these jobs should happen in, and doing them on separate days usually means doing one of them twice.
