How Holiday Lighting Works in The Preserve

We supply the lights — commercial-grade LED strands cut and fitted to your specific roofline rather than retail boxes stretched to fit — and they stay our equipment, so you are not storing a garage full of strands. Installation, mid-season service if a run fails, takedown in January and off-season storage are all part of it. Pricing is quoted per roofline after we look at the house, because a single-story ranch and a two-story with dormers are not the same job. Across about 88 acres the pattern barely varies here.

Clipped, Not Stapled — and Gutters First

Every run is measured and cut to your eaves so the line follows the architecture. Strands attach with purpose-made clips onto the shingle edge or gutter lip: no staples, no nails, nothing driven through flashing or fascia. Because lights clip to the same gutter edge that has to drain all winter, we book gutter cleaning before installation wherever a home needs both — an ice dam under a lit roofline pulls clips and strands off with it when it lets go. Being this close to Floating Feather means the road-facing elevation is always the one that needs the most attention.

Why This Is Different in Eagle

Eagle has the biggest glass packages in the valley on some of its biggest lots, and that combination is the whole job here: tall rear elevations, long sight lines, and irrigation zones large enough to throw water three-quarters of the way up a two-story wall. That is the honest reason we push timing as hard as we push method: doing this work at the right point in the Eagle season is worth more than doing it more often at the wrong one. Doing It on One Visit

Most The Preserve customers book this alongside gutter cleaning. Partly that is price, partly sequence — washing walls after cleaning glass puts dirty water back on clean panes, and hanging lights before clearing gutters means working around your own strands in January.

Where We Stop

We hang, service, remove and store the lights. We do not do electrical work, we will not overload a circuit to make a display bigger, and we do not install on rooflines we judge unsafe to work in winter conditions.
