The Caldwell Variable

Caldwell is one of the few cities in the valley that runs its own irrigation district — the Caldwell Municipal Irrigation District delivers untreated surface water to yards across town, and a lot of the older grid is still on gravity rather than pressure. What reaches the glass is canal water either way. On a Weston Pointe property that shows up as a shorter useful interval than the same work would hold somewhere else in the valley, which is worth knowing before you decide how often to book. Combining Services

It routes off Cleveland, which is how we keep travel out of the price. Neighbours booking on the same day is the cheapest way to do it — we are already set up on the street, so the second and third homes cost less to serve than the first.
