What the guarantee covers

If you are on a Monthly or Quarterly membership and rain spots your windows within seven days of a membership visit, Reflekt comes back and re-cleans the affected exterior glass free. Why rain usually does not spot clean glass anyway

Rain itself is close to distilled and carries very little mineral content, so on genuinely clean glass it sheets off and dries clear. Spotting after rain is nearly always caused by what the rain picks up on the way down the pane, which is leftover soap film and mineral residue from the previous cleaning. Because Reflekt uses 100% pure deionized water and no soap, there is far less on the glass for rain to lift and redeposit. This is the RainShield effect, and it is the reason a seven-day guarantee is practical to include with Monthly and Quarterly memberships.

What it does not cover

The guarantee covers rain spotting on the exterior window glass of Monthly and Quarterly members. It is not included with one-time cleanings or Biannual plans. It does not cover sprinkler overspray, which is a different problem entirely: irrigation water in the Treasure Valley is hard and mineral-heavy, and a misaimed head will spot a window within days no matter how well it was cleaned. It also does not cover mud splash from landscaping work, construction dust, or new hard water etching. Where a sprinkler is hitting the glass, the fix is aiming the head, not re-cleaning the window every week.

Why it is a membership perk

The 7-Day Rain Guarantee is included only on Monthly and Quarterly membership window-cleaning visits. One-time cleanings and Biannual plans do not include it. A member's glass is on a regular schedule, so a rain-spotted week is a small, predictable fix rather than a reason to hesitate.
