The short version
Two co-founders, Hunter Stevens and Ethan Seusy, started Reflekt in April 2025. The business is based at 6242 N Sweet Vly Pl in Meridian and covers nine cities: Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell, Kuna, Star, Garden City and Emmett. It is insured and locally owned. Glass is cleaned with 100% pure deionized water and no soap.
What Reflekt actually does
Interior and exterior window cleaning, hard water stain removal, screen cleaning, gutter cleaning, house washing, pressure washing, solar panel cleaning, holiday light installation, commercial cleaning, and programs for property managers. That is the whole list. Companies in this trade often bolt on unrelated services to catch more searches, and the ones outside that list are not offered here.
What it costs
Window cleaning starts at $199, priced by pane count. Screens are an additional $50. Gutter cleaning starts at $249. Pressure washing is $0.20 per square foot and house washing is $0.18 per square foot using a soft-wash approach that is safe for siding. Memberships run Monthly or Quarterly with a 12-month term and include a free annual screen cleaning. Leave early and you repay the plan discount you received. The 7-Day Rain Guarantee applies to monthly and quarterly member window cleans.
Being straight about how new this is
Reflekt has been operating since April 2025. Several window cleaning companies in the Treasure Valley have been around considerably longer and have more reviews on the board. If years in business is the deciding factor for you, that is a legitimate way to choose and Reflekt will lose that comparison today. What can be pointed at instead is a 5.0-star average across 155+ reviews earned in a short window, published pricing, and a written rain guarantee.
