Eagle is two towns stacked on one address list, and the glass proves it. A patio spot near the Boise River Greenbelt and Eagle Island State Park takes an organic load: black cottonwood seed fluff in drifts through late May and June, river midge and mayfly hatches that stipple west-facing glass at dusk right when your patio lights come on, and orb-weaver webs strung across every window reveal and soffit overnight. We run Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., closed Sunday. The visit gets built around your service, not around our route sheet. A dinner house downtown at State Street and Eagle Road takes a mid-morning slot, hours before the first table. A breakfast-and-lunch cafe already open at seven takes the flat stretch after two instead. Clubhouse dining at Eagle Hills Golf Course or BanBury goes in against the tee sheet and the banquet calendar, not against ours. On a summer Saturday when Eagle Island State Park, the Eagle Sports Complex and Stephen Guerber Park are all running, we stay off your lot. We work from the sidewalk with water-fed poles rather than standing a ladder across your entrance, and we do not move guest seating or tear down a patio while people are eating. Recurring accounts hold the same slot every cycle. When a health inspection, a franchise walk-through or a private buyout drops on you, we keep same-day and next-day slots for it.

Deionized water, no soap, and Eagle's water problem

Glass gets 100% pure deionized water and no soap. In a food business that cuts two ways. Nothing runs off onto patio decking, a planter bed or a guest's table, and no detergent film sits in the storefront frame waiting to bleed down the pane a week later. Local tap runs very hard, commonly cited near 14 grains, so when a closer squeegees the door lites out of a mop bucket it dries to calcium spotting that etches if it bakes in July heat. Nearly every commercial landscape here is on untreated pressurized irrigation off New Dry Creek Ditch and the Farmers Union Canal, and those heads throw a silty gray-green band across the bottom three or four feet of your glass and your stone wainscot. Most of Eagle's post-2000 retail is stucco or synthetic stucco over cultured stone, so that gets a soft wash at $0.18 per square foot. A pressure wand on synthetic stucco drives water behind the trim and you pay for that later. Gutters start at $199 and matter here more than operators expect. Eagle rooflines run multi-plane hip and gable with short runs and valley dumps that overload fast, and the mature canopy through Eagle Hills and along the river drops a heavy leaf and cottonwood twig load every October. A gutter spilling above your entry drips on the people waiting under it, and in January it puts an ice patch there instead.

Insurance, liability, and what a careless vendor costs you
