We work Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm, and the visit bends to your hours. A Hyde Park shop that opens at ten gets a 7am start and clean glass before the first customer touches the door. A restaurant takes the after-close slot instead. A strip center with six tenants gets one visit with the row done in sequence, so no entry is blocked twice in the same week. On site we keep hoses out of doorways, cone and tape any cord run across a walkway, and do the main entry glass first so your busiest door is finished and out of the way. Window cleaning starts at $199 and prices by pane count, so a narrow Hyde Park shopfront and a full glass frontage on 8th Street are not quoted the same. Screens add $50. Gutters start at $199. Pressure washing runs $0.20 per square foot for entry concrete, sidewalk, gum and drive-thru lanes, and soft-washing the building face and awnings runs $0.18 per square foot. You get the number before we start, not on an invoice afterward. Membership is Monthly or Quarterly with no contract, and Quarterly saves $100 per cleaning, which turns this into a fixed line item you can budget instead of an unplanned expense every time the glass gets bad enough to notice. If you run more than one location, say a downtown store and a second at Bown Crossing, we put both on one invoice on the same cycle.

How Often a Boise Storefront Actually Needs It
