Ledgestone's build-out was scheduled to complete around 2025 to 2026, so the subdivision now contains both settled phases with established landscaping and stretches where finishing work continues. Which you are in should set your cleaning frequency: active neighbouring lots mean continuous cement dust and tracked soil, while a finished street with grown-in landscaping holds a clean much longer. Membership has no contract, so starting tighter and easing off as your area settles costs nothing and is the honest sequence.
