Builders leaned hard into window area to make the smaller footprint feel bigger — tall front elevations, stacked upper and lower panes, and window clusters set close together on both the street side and the shared-wall side. We end up spending less time on ladders chasing gutter line and more time working glass, pane by pane, in a tighter footprint than a standalone Star home of the same size.
