Deposit or Damage — We Test Before We Quote

These are two different conditions and only one of them is fixable. Bonded deposit sits on top of the glass and comes off with the right acid and mechanical work. Etching is a change to the glass itself and no product removes it. You can tell them apart at home: wet the pane and look.
