Why Chesterfield Has a Hard Water Problem Specifically

The city's own culinary supply is hard as well — City of Meridian culinary water, which the city puts at about seven grains per gallon — so hose-rinsing does not help either. Across roughly 46 acres it is remarkably consistent — Chesterfield is one job, not thirty different ones.

How the Restoration Actually Works

It is not a harder scrub. We use a dedicated mineral dissolver matched to the deposit, held in contact long enough to break the bond, then work it with a non-abrasive pad and neutralize before rinsing. Frames, seals and any adjacent stone or stucco get masked, because the products that cut mineral will also etch an aluminum frame and burn a seal.
