The landscaping has had close to a decade to fill in, so mature trees and taller shrubs sit nearer the house than they do on a lot that broke ground in 2022, and some branches reach close enough to the roofline to matter. That changes ladder placement, and occasionally it changes the light plan itself — a strand running behind a branch reads as a gap from the street, so we route around it or flag it during the quote instead of clipping line where nobody will see it. It's a few extra minutes of walking the front yard before we start, not a real obstacle, and it's exactly why we quote from your actual house rather than a satellite photo.
Fallbrook is CBH production stock on lots in the 5,000 to 9,000 square foot range, which means a repeating set of plans: a mix of single-level and two-story homes, gables over the entry, and eave lines that step between the garage and the main roof. Sometimes they change the plan, rarely the job. Fallbrook's landscaping has had since 2018 to grow, so we check branch clearance along the eave and gable before setting ladders, and if a branch would block the line from the street we route around it or tell you during the quote. We work around what's there — nothing needs trimming for us to install.
