How Holiday Lighting Works in Steins

We supply the lights — commercial-grade LED strands cut and fitted to your specific roofline rather than retail boxes stretched to fit — and they stay our equipment, so you are not storing a garage full of strands. Installation, mid-season service if a run fails, takedown in January and off-season storage are all part of it. Because lights clip to the same gutter edge that has to drain all winter, we book gutter cleaning before installation wherever a home needs both — an ice dam under a lit roofline pulls clips and strands off with it when it lets go. Being this close to Floating Feather means the road-facing elevation is always the one that needs the most attention.

It routes off Floating Feather, which is how we keep travel out of the price. Neighbours booking on the same day is the cheapest way to do it — we are already set up on the street, so the second and third homes cost less to serve than the first.

What It Pairs With

This pairs naturally with gutter cleaning, and doing both on one visit is cheaper than two trips — setup and drive time are most of the fixed cost. It is also better work: there is an order these jobs should happen in, and doing them on separate days usually means doing one of them twice.
