Concrete in Baraya, and What Is Actually Staining It

Irrigation overspray leaves a white mineral bloom along driveway and walkway edges — the same canal mineral that rings the windows. Surface Cleaner, Not a Wand

We run a rotary surface cleaner on flatwork rather than waving a zero-degree tip. A wand leaves striping — those parallel arcs you see on a badly washed driveway are wand marks etched into the cream layer, and they are permanent. The surface cleaner holds even pressure across the full width and produces a uniform result. Edges and tight spots get wanded deliberately at reduced pressure to blend rather than cut. Pavers, Stamped Concrete and Sealed Surfaces

Not everything gets the same pressure. Pavers lose joint sand if you hit them hard, and a paver patio washed aggressively will need re-sanding and may shift. Stamped and colored concrete has its color in a thin surface layer that strips. Sealed surfaces cloud. We drop pressure for all of it and tell you upfront when the honest answer is that a surface should be cleaned gently and resealed rather than blasted clean. What It Pairs With

Most Baraya customers book this alongside house washing. Partly that is price — one visit rather than two — and partly it is sequence. Washing walls after cleaning glass puts dirty water back on clean panes, and hanging lights before clearing gutters means working around your own strands in January. We handle the order so you do not have to think about it.

What This Service Does Not Cover

Pressure removes dirt. It does not remove deep oil that has soaked into the slab, it will not restore spalled or crumbling concrete, and we will not blast colour off stamped or sealed surfaces to make a before-and-after look better.
