Canal silt carried in sprinkler overspray dries in the weave, and because the mesh is rough it holds far more of it than the glass does. On Aegean Estates's newer builds the warranty paperwork usually still matters, so we work in a way that will not give anyone a reason to void it.
On newer builds the common finds are mesh that was never seated properly in the spline channel, and builder-grade frames that racked out of square during installation. Both are cheap to fix and we will point them out. We do not charge for a screen we cannot clean. If you are on W Stavros St or one of the streets off it, we are likely already working nearby.
