Screen mesh is a filter, and here it filters irrigation. Silt carried in sprinkler overspray dries in the weave, and because the mesh is rough it holds far more of it than the glass does. Add decomposed granite off the foothills, plus the winter inversion that traps particulate at ground level for weeks at a time and pollen and within a season the screen carries a grey load you can see through a freshly cleaned window. That is the complaint we hear most: 'you cleaned the glass but it still looks hazy.' It is almost always the screen. We see it most consistently on the homes along N Eaglestone Pl.
Scrubbing a screen in its opening pushes silt deeper into the weave and flexes the frame. At about 860 acres, Avimor is small enough that neighbours booking together is genuinely cheaper for everyone.
