Lone Star Ranch put 90 lots of three-quarters to over an acre on 117 acres of what was Huff Farms, a working ranch since 1946. First homes went up in winter 2020, so this is new custom construction dropped straight onto open farm ground with no mature shelter anywhere.

An acre-plus lot with Parade-of-Homes-calibre builders means large custom elevations — tall entry glass, wide fixed units, and on many plans a two-story great-room wall. It also means the house sits well back, so equipment lines run farther from the truck than on a quarter-acre in-town lot. The surrounding ground was farmed until the development went in and much of the land around it still is, which puts genuine agricultural dust on north and west elevations during tillage and harvest with nothing planted yet to slow it.
This is unusual even for Nampa: lots here carry city water, NMID pressurized irrigation and septic. The irrigation is the one that matters for glass — untreated canal water carrying silt along with dissolved mineral, and on an acre of landscaping there is a great deal of it running. More heads over more ground means more overspray reaching ground-floor glass and stone, where it dries as a gritty tan film rather than a clean spot. The cheapest fix is almost always adjusting the heads that are throwing at the house rather than cleaning more often.
These subdivisions were carved out of working farmland and the sources say so plainly — several are ringed by fields on multiple sides. That means the dust load here is agricultural rather than urban, and it arrives on a schedule: tillage in spring, harvest in late summer, and whatever the wind lifts off bare ground in between. The National Weather Service notes the valley's high-wind events skew northwest, roughly twice as often as any other direction, so it is the north and west elevations that take it. We flood every pane with 100% pure deionized water before anything touches the glass, and because that water carries nothing dissolved, there is no mineral left to dry into a spot and nothing for the next field-dust event to bond to.
Nampa city water runs hard — the city's own quality report puts it as high as 7.08 grains per gallon — so the single biggest factor in how long your glass stays clear is what it gets rinsed with. Wash with tap water and the rinse itself leaves dissolved mineral behind as it dries — you have cleaned the glass and re-spotted it in the same pass. Deionized water has nothing dissolved in it, so there is nothing left to dry into a spot and nothing for the next round of dust to bond to. That is what the RainShield finish actually is rather than a coating we sell you. If overspray has already baked a permanent white haze into south or west glass, that is a different job and it has its own page.
Windows start at $199 and price by pane count, so a house with a two-story great-room wall and a clerestory stack prices above a standard production home — we give you the number before we start, not after. Screens are $50 added to a window service and free once a year on a membership; gutters start at $199. The honest limit: if your glass was done recently and the only thing bothering you is a haze on the lower panes, that is usually sprinkler mineral on two or three windows, not a whole-house job, and we would rather fix those than sell you the full service again.

Adjust the heads that are hitting the house, then clean. On a new acre lot the system was set to cover bare ground, so several heads are almost certainly watering your walls and windows. Fixing that removes the cause instead of treating it every year.
By pane count, starting at $199, and on an acre-lot custom with a great-room wall the count is genuinely high. We give you the number in writing before we start, and we tell you which runs need pole work rather than a ladder against new stucco.
No — 100% pure deionized water with no soap at all. Soap leaves a residue in tracks and along seams that attracts the next round of dust, which is why soap-cleaned windows look dirty again faster. Deionized water has nothing dissolved in it, so there is nothing left behind to dry into a spot.
Our 7-Day Rain Guarantee covers it. Rain on already-clean glass is mostly harmless — what spots a window is the dust the rain lands on. If a storm genuinely undoes the work inside seven days, we come back out.
Not for exterior work, as long as we can reach the glass and any gate is unlocked. Interior cleaning obviously needs access. Tell us at booking whether there is a gate code, a dog, or a preferred arrival window and the crew will not be guessing on arrival.
No contract on either the monthly or quarterly membership — cancel whenever. Members get pricing on every visit, the annual screen clean included, and priority on the schedule. It exists because most people want this handled on a rhythm rather than remembering to book it.
