West End does not work that way. A 1920s cottage on one lot may still be watered by a hose-end sprinkler dragged around the lawn, the infill build next door went in five years ago with a professionally designed system on a controller, and the duplex behind them has a small association strip with commercial rotors. On the original cottage streets the lawn strip between the sidewalk and the curb is usually still watered, and whatever throws water at it is aimed back toward the house from a low angle. Honest version: fresh spotting from this season is not really a restoration job. If the sprinkler has only been hitting the glass a few months, a normal deionized-water window cleaning takes it off and you should not pay for stain removal at all. We will tell you that on site.
