That matters on newer Meridian builds where the fascia is often a composite that will not hold a fastener and will not close up after one. That holds across 83642 generally, not just on this plat.
Meridian books up through October and the good install slots go first, so earlier is genuinely better — the work itself happens well before Thanksgiving. Takedown happens in January on our schedule, and you do not need to be home for it. If a run fails mid-season we come back and fix it at no charge; that is the point of us owning the strands.
