A The Oaks South roofline gets commercial LED strands cut to length, not retail boxes stretched to fit. The subdivision sits in northwest Meridian between McDermott and Black Cat, just south of McMillan in 83646, and it is new ground: recorded 2015–2019 across 8 phases, with homes still going up. It covers about 104 acres, enough that there is real variety in elevation and glass package. The pressurized irrigation here is mapped to Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District.

Start with the build stage — The Oaks South is new ground: recorded 2015–2019 across 8 phases, with homes still going up (ZIP 83646, about 104 acres). We supply the lights. They are commercial-grade LED strands cut and fitted to your specific roofline rather than retail boxes stretched to fit, and they stay our equipment — you are not buying a garage full of strands you have to store and untangle next November. Installation, mid-season service if a run fails, takedown in January and storage through the year are all part of it. Pricing is quoted per roofline after we look at the house, because a single-story ranch and a two-story with dormers and a gable stack are not remotely the same job. With 8 phases recorded here, the older streets show it further along than the newest ones, and we price accordingly.
Lights clip to the same gutter edge that needs to drain all winter, so we book gutter cleaning before installation wherever a home needs both. A trough packed with autumn grit freezes, and an ice dam that forms under a lit roofline will pull clips and strands off with it when it lets go. Doing them in the right order costs nothing extra and prevents that. If you are on N Sunfield Pl or one of the streets off it, we are likely already working nearby.
Meridian books up through October and the good install slots go first, so earlier is genuinely better — the work itself happens well before Thanksgiving. Takedown happens in January on our schedule, and you do not need to be home for it. If a run fails mid-season we come back and fix it at no charge; that is the point of us owning the strands. The Oaks South is inside our standard 83646 service area — no travel surcharge.
The Oaks South is on our regular Meridian route, not a special trip. We already work W Torana Dr, W Los Flores St, N Sunfield Pl and N Christian Ave inside the subdivision. It routes off McMillan, which is how we keep travel out of the price. We schedule by area rather than by first-come, which keeps drive time down and means we can hold prices where they are. It also means there is usually a crew working within a few streets of you most weeks of the season.
Most The Oaks South customers book this alongside gutter cleaning. Partly that is price — one visit rather than two — and partly it is sequence. Washing walls after cleaning glass puts dirty water back on clean panes, and hanging lights before clearing gutters means working around your own strands in January. We handle the order so you do not have to think about it.

No. We supply commercial-grade LED strands, and they remain ours. Install, service, takedown and off-season storage are all included in the quote.
Per roofline, after we look at the home. Height, number of peaks, dormers and access all change the work, so we quote the actual house rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for most of them.
No. We use purpose-made clips on the shingle edge or gutter lip — nothing stapled, nailed or driven through fascia or flashing.
As early in the fall as you can. Installs run from October, and the calendar fills before the season starts.
