How Far in Advance Should I Book?

The weeks that fill first

Late October is the tightest stretch of the year across the whole valley. Irrigation shuts off, leaves finish dropping, and everyone wants windows, gutters and holiday lights done before the first hard freeze. That window is only a few weeks wide and every property in the Treasure Valley is competing for it. Booking in September for late-October work is not early.

When same-week is genuinely realistic

Mid-winter, and the flatter parts of summer. Interior work in January is usually available quickly because demand is low and weather does not affect it. Reflekt does offer same-day and next-day slots, and they are far easier to get in February than in October.

Spring is a timing question, not an availability one

In spring the constraint is usually not the calendar but the pollen. Cleaning before the cottonwood release finishes means paying twice, so the useful move is booking a late-May date rather than the earliest available one. That is a case where booking further out gets you a better result, not just a slot.

Over-the-hill and outlying work

Emmett work is routed in groups rather than dispatched individually, so it needs more notice than a Meridian job. If you are in Gem County, saying so early materially improves your chances of landing the date you want.
